Create Like a Famous Artist: Alexander Calder and Sonia Delaunay In-Person

We're making art inspired by the work of American sculptor Alexander Calder and Ukrainian artist Sonia Delaunay!

We'll learn a bit about Alexander Calder and Sonia Delaunay before we get started creating. One of the things Calder is famous for are his wire and kinetic sculptures including mobiles. So we're going to create our own rock and wire standing mobiles. Sonia Delaunay's abstract art is known for her use of bright colors and concentric circles. So we're going to use brightly colored circles to create a paper lollipop.
