Did you just turn 18-- or will you turn 18 soon? Have you recently moved? Had a name change? You may need to register or re-register to vote!

Every year, millions of eligible voters are unable to vote because of missed registration deadlines, outdated information, or other problems. On Voter Registration Day, Library staff and volunteers from the League of Women Voters, Lansing Area will be on hand to make the process easier. We’ll have  registration information, materials, and public access computers available FREE to help you process your registration.

 We can help you check polling locations and access other civic information-- Plus, area governmental Clerks will be on hand throughout the day to help, too!  If possible, bring your drivers license or State ID and a proof of current address-- like a current utility bill-- to confirm your location to register and vote.
