Safer Migrations for Michigan Birds In-Person
Join Nick from Capital Area Audubon & learn about our spring migrating birds and the challenges of their journey. We'll hear about the species traveling to and through Michigan, and International Dark Sky Week (April 13-20)-- why turning off outside lights at night during migration season is so important. Learn to make our windows safer for migrating birds with Bird Strike Abatement materials, and a "teacup' bird feeder craft too.
Bird Strike Abatement information and materials provided courtesy of a grant from Flight Path.

Presented by the Friends of the Grand Ledge Area District Library. Brief Annual Meeting and refreshments.
